By purchasing a Web Design + Development Package from MOSAI Group, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

MOSAI Group (“Designer”) will provide web design and development services as outlined in the selected package at the time of purchase. Specific deliverables, timelines, and additional details will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Project Process & Timeline
  • Upon purchase, Client will receive an onboarding email with next steps, including an intake form to gather required content, branding materials, and project details.
  • The project timeline begins once all required materials are received and the initial deposit is paid. Delays in submission may result in extended timelines.
  • Design phases will include structured review points where Client may request revisions within the scope of the package.
3. Payment Terms

To initiate the project, payments will be structured as follows:

  • 50% Deposit – Required to begin the project and enter MOSAI Group’s workflow.
  • 25% Progress Payment – Due at a key project milestone, such as completion of wireframes, initial design approval, or another agreed-upon stage.
  • 25% Final Payment – Due upon project completion, prior to final delivery or website launch.

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Failure to complete payments may result in project delays or suspension.

4. Revisions & Additional Work
  • Each package includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the service description. Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
  • Major scope changes (e.g., new pages, custom features, or integrations not initially discussed) may require an additional agreement and fee adjustment.
5. Client Responsibilities
  • Client must provide all necessary materials, including branding assets, images, copy, and any third-party login credentials (if applicable) in a timely manner.
  • MOSAI Group is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete materials.
  • If Client fails to communicate or provide requested materials for more than 30 days, the project may be considered abandoned, and additional fees may apply to resume work.
6. Ownership & Rights
  • Upon final payment, Client will own the final website design and content.
  • MOSAI Group retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing, and case studies unless a written confidentiality agreement is established.
  • Any third-party assets (e.g., stock images, fonts, plugins) may be subject to their own licensing terms, which Client agrees to comply with.
7. Website Hosting & Maintenance
  • If Client chooses to host their website with MOSAI Group, separate hosting terms will apply.
  • Ongoing maintenance, security updates, and technical support are not included unless a maintenance package is purchased separately.
8. Limitation of Liability

MOSAI Group is not responsible for:

  • Any loss of business, revenue, or data due to website downtime, third-party service failures, or unauthorized access.
  • Issues arising from Client’s use of third-party integrations, plugins, or content management systems.
9. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with this purchase, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
