Signature Brand Package

By purchasing the Signature Brand Package (Also known as the Logo Design & Branding Starter Kit) from MOSAI Group, LLC (“Company”), you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

MOSAI Group will provide the following branding services as part of the Quick Launch Package:

Logo Design

• Client Questionnaire (to be completed by Client)
• Research & Competitor Analysis (conducted by MOSAI Group)
• 2 Initial Logo Concepts for Client to choose from
• 2 Revision Rounds on the selected concept
• 3 Logo Variations delivered (e.g., Sublogo, WordMark, Horizontal, Vertical)

Branding Starter Kit

• Color Palette Selection
• Typography Selection
• Business Card Design (Front & Back) Printed cards not included; Client must place their own print order.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% Deposit – Required to begin the project and enter MOSAI Group’s workflow.
• 25% Progress Payment – Due upon delivery of the initial logo concepts.
• 25% Final Payment – Due prior to final delivery of all branding assets.

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Revisions & Additional Work

• The package includes two (2) revision rounds for the chosen logo concept.
• Any additional revisions beyond what is included will incur an additional fee.
• Changes beyond the original project scope (e.g., additional logo variations, extra branding assets, or expanded marketing materials) will require a separate agreement and additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Client must complete the required questionnaire and provide any necessary business information before work can begin.
• Delays in providing feedback or required materials may result in extended timelines.
• If Client fails to communicate or provide necessary information for more than 30 days, the project may be considered abandoned, and additional fees may apply to resume work.

5. Deliverables & Ownership

• Upon final payment, the Client will receive high-resolution logo files and branding assets in standard formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF).
• Client will have full rights to use the final logo and branding assets.
• MOSAI Group retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless a written confidentiality agreement is established.

6. Limitation of Liability

MOSAI Group is not responsible for:

• The printing or production of business cards or other materials not included in the package.
• Business decisions or outcomes resulting from the Client’s use of branding assets.
• Any loss of revenue, data, or reputation due to Client’s interpretation or implementation of branding strategies.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with this purchase, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
